The Campsite "Le Pain de Sucre" is situated at 3 km below the village of Gavarnie (shops, bars, restaurants, National Park offices, ski resort) at 4 km above Gèdre (covered ice rink, summer swimming pool, bobsleigh, petrol station), on the banks of the Gave de Pau (swimming and trout fishing).
